Supply of Lyophilizer and additional equipment for the project MILKYWAY MILKYWAY/HR-RS00159-1/EQUIPMENT

Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Vojvodina, Hajduk Veljkova 11, 21000 Novi Sad intends to award a supply contract for Supply of Lyophilizer and additional equipment for the project MILKYWAY in Novi Sad with financial assistance from the Interreg IPA CBC Croatia Serbia project.

Deadline for expressing interest: April 07th 2025 before 20:00 CET.

The deadline for submission of tenders is April 10th 2025 before 13.00 CET.

Possible additional information or clarifications/questions shall be published on web site https://www.pkv.rs or it will be sent to potential participants via email.

Q&A

1. In tender dossier it is said that the place of acceptance of the supplies shall be Novi Sad, Braće Popović 5. Can you explain this?

2. From our experience parts cant arrive in 90 days. Article 13. says: “Contract implementation period for Lot no. 1 and Lot no. 2 is 3 months from the date of both side sign the contract.”

Did I understand correctly that this is the deadline? Could we give some type of notice or statement that it is not technically possible in that period to be done?

1. The exact delivery location will be defined in the contract after evaluating the necessary technical conditions and the capacities of the Association for the Production of Artisan Cheeses, which will be the final beneficiary of the equipment according to the project. What we can confirm at this stage is that the place of delivery will be Novi Sad or its surroundings (within a radius of maximum 50 km).

• Yes, if you believe that it is technically not feasible to meet the 3-month implementation deadline defined in Article 13 of the Tender Dossier, you may submit a statement explaining the reasons, accompanied by an alternative realistic timeframe. Please note that this timeframe was determined based on a preliminary market assessment and the estimates given by suppliers, so we kindly advise you to conduct your own market analysis to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Тhis statement should be submitted with Tender documents until 10th of April.
